What Is E.A.T.?

E.A.T. is a community-based cooking school for at-risk youth in Hawai'i, built by Chef David Paul to pass on more than five decades of professional kitchen experience. Students learn real culinary skills, discipline, and pride in their work, the same foundation that carried Chef from his first kitchen to award-winning restaurants.
