  • Order information. When you purchase products on chefdavidpaulfoods.com, we collect your name, shipping address, email, phone number, and order details. Payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
  • Calls, texts, and chat. When you call, text, or use the chat assistant on the Sites, the conversation may be recorded or logged, including conversations handled by an AI assistant, so we can follow up and improve service.
  • Automatic information. Like most websites, the Sites may collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies used for site functionality and analytics.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our payment processor, shipping carriers, and our customer relationship and communications platform, and only as needed to serve you. Text messaging consent is never shared. Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes and SMS consent are not shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Retention & Your Choices

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, and out of text messages by replying STOP.

Children

The Sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Personal chef services, catering, and cooking classes are custom engagements. Information on the Sites, including sample menus, is for general reference and does not constitute a binding offer. Every engagement is confirmed by a personalized quote and direct arrangement with Chef David Paul. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed directly.

Products & Orders

Products sold on chefdavidpaulfoods.com are subject to availability. Prices, offers, and product details may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is listed in error. If you have an issue with an order, contact [email protected] or call (808) 353-4193 and we will make it right.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites, including text, recipes, photography, logos, and branding, belongs to Chef David Paul or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Sites, including attempting to interfere with their operation, submitting false or misleading information through forms, or using content or data from the Sites for unauthorized purposes.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Sites are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chef David Paul is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Please review product labels for ingredient and allergen information before consuming any product, and tell us about dietary restrictions and allergies before any service engagement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawai'i, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Honolulu, Hawai'i.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Sites after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

SMS Opt-In & Text Messaging Policy

The Program

Messages may include replies to your inquiries, quote follow-ups, order and shipping updates, appointment and event reminders, and occasional offers or updates about Chef David Paul's services and products.
